Shereen Abdalla was born in Alexandria in 1987 and currently lives in New Cairo. She graduated from the Faculty of Commerce of Alexandria University in 2008 and joined the Oil Painting Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts in Zamalek in 2019. She will finish her studies in 2025.

While Shereen has been trained in different mediums, she found a deep connection to traditional paintings. She loves how they communicate so much of the creator to the audience. This communication feels easier in the impressionistic and expressive style for her.
