You chose an artwork and want to buy it? Find here all relevant information about the checkout and payment process. You have two buying options.

1. Using the Shopping System

Buying

By pressing the "Buy Now" button you put the chosen artwork(s) in your shopping cart/bag. You find it within our header and at the top of the shop pages.

With a click on the shopping bag/cart you can start the checkout process. You enter your email address and procede with the checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Within Egypt, you can choose between "Ship to my address", and a fixed price is added to your shopping cart or "I'll pick it up by myself" in Luxor. After entering your name and your phone number, you can continue.

When you are outside of Egypt there are two options. Either we ship the work by a secure but very expensive company (DHL) to your country or you or one of your friends visits Luxor soon and collects it. Choose "I'll pick it up myself" and contact us. You find our contact details at the top of the order confirmation, which you will receive after completing your order.

When you buy a photography file, we will send the download link via email after receiving the payment.

Payment information

Currently, you can choose between an advance payment to our Egyptian bank account and paying cash. Find our bank details for advance payment at the bottom of the order confirmation, which you will receive after completing your order.
Paying cash is possible when you pick up the artwork in Luxor. After filling in your billing address you can place your order and receive the order confirmation to the given email address. We also inform you when the artwork is ready for delivery or self-pickup.

 

2. "Normal" Orders

Buying

Please let us know by email or Messenger, which work you want to buy. Send us your address, email and phone number.

Payment

Currently, you can choose between an advance payment to our Egyptian bank account and paying cash. When you prefer the advance payment send us a message, and we give you the bank details. Paying cash is possible when you pick up the artwork in Luxor. We inform you when the artwork is ready for delivery or self-pickup.

Shipping & Delivery

When you are in Egypt we will deliver the artwork to the given address.
When you are in Luxor, we will meet to hand over the artwork and receive the payment.
When you are outside of Egypt there are two options. Either we ship the work by a secure but very expensive company (DHL) to your country or you or one of your friends plans a visit to Luxor and picks it up.
When you buy a photography file, we will send it to you via email (or bigger files via WeTransfer) after receiving the payment.

Our priority is to help the art find a great home. We can be very flexible in making that happen. So if there is anything that needs our attention just let us know!
